Yes, pet friendly. We allow up to 2 pets, with some breed restrictions. There’s a $300 pet deposit for each pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We also have a bark park for your pets to enjoy.

To apply for an apartment, visit our website and click “Apply Now.” Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. The application fee is $56 per applicant, and everyone age 18 or older must submit a separate application.
Residents receive one assigned parking space for 1-bedroom apartments and two assigned spaces for 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Additional spaces are available for $35/month for uncovered parking or $70/month for covered parking, based on availability. Visitor parking is available throughout the community and is first come, first served.
Utilities are not included. Residents are responsible for electricity, which must be set up in their own account with Southern California Edison. Water, trash, sewer, and gas are billed through UB West, may be paid with rent, and are automatically connected once you move in.
No gate, we do provide courtesy patrol.

The community is conveniently located near major highways, including I-10 and I-15, making it easy for residents to commute throughout the Inland Empire.
